I invite my subscribers and visitors to enjoy all the features this site has to offer. But I must require that each subscriber abide by certain rules.

Do not share your logon password. My system is designed to detect this immediately, and will lock out any account where more than one person signs on using the same password.

Limitation of Liability to Vendors

LEARN-FUTURES.COM (aka T. Wnorowski - "owner"): "owner" states that business is conducted honestly and professionally. In any/all cases where fraudulent customer purchases occur via credit card purchases, "owner" will be considered to be a victim of credit fraud and is therefore NOT responsible for any/all fees (chargeback or otherwise) associated with said fraudulent purchases. ALL VENDORS WHO CONTINUE TO PROVIDE "OWNER" WITH SERVICES BY DEFAULT AGREE TO THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. This Limitation of Liability to Vendors clause supercedes and takes precedence over any/all vendor stipulations. Vendors who do not agree to this clause must contact "owner" in writing 30 days prior to cessation of service(s).
